The T-62 was used by Iraqi forces during the Iran-Iraq war as well as in Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. It has an initial range of 450mm, with a 650mm range with two extra fuel tanks. It is/was operated by Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria. The U.S. Air Force Warfare Center at Nellis reports directly to the Air Combat Command. The center was founded on Sept. 1, 1966, as the U.S. Air Force Tactical Fighter Weapons Center. It was later renamed the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center in October 2005.
